the annual audit for the most recent fiscal year;

the STRSA's Standard Operating Procedures, regulations, resolutions, and official policy statements;

notice, posted in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act prior to a meeting of the STRSA's governing body , setting forth the time, date, location, and agenda of the meeting, this is published on this site and in the news paper the public is all ways welcome;

the approved minutes of each meeting of the governing body and its committees;

a list of all employees; and the name and phone number of a principal executive officer having overall responsibility for the operations of the STRSA.
